The Bahamas could produce the next Wimbledon winner as 13-year-old tennis phenom Kaylah Fox, daughter of Deshon and Ayodele Fox, has been generating buzz in tennis circles. Her fluid power and nimble court coverage have rocketed her to the top junior girls’ ranking in the Bahamas. She is also rapidly ascending the ranks in the U.S. At the recent Bahama Pure Water and Ice tournament in Grand Bahama (Feb 10-12), Kaylah dominated the U14 and U16 girls’ finals, defeating two other top juniors to claim both titles.
